SnazzySkeletons’ Commissions Terms of Service

Thank you so much for commissioning me! Please read through both parts of my TOS carefully and make sure everything is understood and you consent and agree to comply with my rules. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me! I’ll try to get to you ASAP.

Digital Commissions

♡ I am allowed to deny any requests, your commission, or you. If you break any of my rules or I don’t find you pleasant to work with, I CAN AND WILL deny you. You will not be able to commission me anymore.♡ Commissions will take around 1-4 weeks to be done. I try to finish within two weeks if possible but if any problems arise or the commission is more complex, it may take longer, but you will be notified if this happens. You will have the option to cancel and receive a partial refund in the case where I have to extend the time past 4 weeks.♡ I will provide a sketch before taking payment. You will get 3 check-ins, including the sketch so please let me know of ALL changes that are necessary before I finish. Any additional fixes/major changes WON'T be accepted, especially after the commission is in the final stages.♡ Once the sketch has been approved, an invoice will be sent and the full payment must be paid 5 days after receiving it. Once payment has been processed, I WILL NOT accept any requests for a refund. You are paying for my service so be sure you actually want it please.♡ If I decide I can’t complete the commission for any personal reason, a full refund will be given, no fees.♡ Other than the reasons listed above, there are NO REFUNDS. Refunds will have a - 5% fee due to processing.♡ You may do whatever you please with the commission except profit off it (e.g. selling it, using it as a design, nft, using it for AI, claiming it as your own art). If you make any form of money off my work, you must contact me so I may get PAID a percentage of 50% of the profits you have already made and must make no further profit in the future. If you post it and/or use it online as a pfp/header, you must credit me with my full username visible! I will send you a watermarked version for posting purposes along with the unwatermarked version, which is for yourself.♡ Commercial use of my art will be prohibited unless discussed beforehand. Commercial prices are x3 the amount of the usual price.♡ I can do whatever I please with your commission once I finish; including posting it, using it for examples, creating merch, etc. However, you may ask me to refrain from doing so if it's a problem BEFORE your payment is made.♡ If you ever need your commission image again after I finished it, you can ask for the file. I can’t guarantee I’ll have it after a month or so but just provide me with a reason, thanks!
